What's in the box

  1. Wagyu burger
    8 lb

    Single-source ground wagyu, 80/20

    One animal, not a blend. The burger that ruins other burgers.

  2. Packed wagyu in a freezer
    4 lb

    Pre-cut quarter-pound patties

    Sixteen of them, ready for the pan or the grill.

  3. Wagyu New York strip
    4 lb

    Premium steak cuts

    Ribeye, or strip and filet, depending on the animal.

  4. Wagyu short ribs
    1 cut

    A rotating prime cut

    Brisket, short ribs or bavette. You get what the animal gives that week.

  5. Wagyu roast
    3 lb

    A roast for Sunday dinner

    Low and slow, and the house smells right all afternoon.

Weights are guaranteed minimums for the ground and patties; the rest lands at 25 to 30 pounds total. Everything is vacuum-packed and frozen. It fits in about a cubic foot of freezer.

And just so you know, we aren't selling anything other than 100% fullblood Midwestern wagyu.
